Company History & Organization 

 Since Anthony Trotter is a hands‐on owner, he is out on the job with his employees insuring the best value is given to the customer each and every day.  In addition, Anthony Trotter is constantly looking for problem areas and reporting them to the customer, whether they are security issues, trash dumping, or other ways to improve the surrounding area.  ATBM takes great pride in its ability to maintain a safe and inviting environment at an inexpensive price.    ATBM has an extensive history and the personnel and equipment necessary to maintain planters and landscaping, performing litter and weed abatement, water plants and bedding areas, and perform other maintenance tasks as needed.  

Management Approach 


 ATBM Maintenance is a small, single owner business.  Owner, Anthony Trotter personally oversees the business operations on a daily basis.  ATBM was established in 1999 to assist in the maintenance, clean‐up and beautification of the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood. For the past 12 years, ATBM has held a contract with Washington University Medical Center Redevelopment Corporation to maintain all of their property holdings.  In 2004, ATBM was hired by the Forest Park Southeast Development Corporation to maintain their property holdings and also to assist in the beautification efforts and upkeep in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood.  Most recently, ATBM has been hired by the Grove Community Improvement District (CID) and the Central West End Community Improvement District (CID) to perform weekly litter pick‐up, trash disposal, weed abatement, watering, and various day to day tasks to ensure the positive appearance of each district.


ATBM submits documentation at the time of billing or when requested.  The scope of services determines the cost and invoicing is done to meet customer’s specifications.

About

 Anthony Trotter is an active, hands‐on manager.  Trotter personally manages and directs all employees.  ATBM goes above and beyond to ensure that the client is satisfied and that the environment is attractive.  ATBM’s employees are professional and hard working and always make the extra effort to ensure that the environment is pleasing to all residents, businesses, and visitors.   


Cost Proposal & Invoicing 

 ATBM attempts to hire individuals that live in the immediate vicinity of their work environment.  ATBM seeks employees that are dependable and trustworthy.  All new employees work alongside supervisor, Anthony Trotter for the first several weeks to ensure proper training and job requirements.  ATBM performs an extensive background check on all employees.  ATBM offers reasonable wages and maintain fair business practices.
